Members of the TerraBella Builders have been carefully selected for their solid reputations and passion for TerraBella. Each builder has been educated about our unique village and brings a different perspective and years of experience to the community.
Our Architectural Design Guidelines ensure there is plenty of variety in our home styles, while maintaining the larger vision of how a streetscape and the community will look as a whole at completion. One of our unifying features, regardless of home style, is the inclusion of an 8-foot front porch on every home.
TerraBella’s Featured Builders are those who are actively building semi-custom homes, which are built with most finishes pre-selected, as well as custom homes, where all finishes are selected by the customer. These builders also offer pre-priced, ready-to-build floorplans.
Many other custom homebuilders are approved to build at TerraBella.
